Landscape Committee ?

Falmingos ?

What is a Falmingo ? Get a clue .
I am confused

If the trustees asked us to sign up and stated they would contact us, then they should have contacted us. There were people who offered to head up the committees, however, that person was never given the list to move forward with. I am confused as to why they would agree to let these committees be formed and then never give the person the list who agreed to head it up. Just like the attorney who offered to help but was never called. Is he suppose to call the trustees to offer his advice for free. Doesn't make sense why we have to keep chasing them down. All it would have taken was one phone call to the person who offered to head it up.
still confused

Do the homeowners have the right to change something in the development without approval of the trustees and the HOA? I didn't think so. If this were the case, then we would be able to put items in our yard without obtaining approval, etc. I am not trying to make a big deal out of this, but how can you volunteer and move forward without the approval of the trustees? I don't think you can. They need to give us the ok first.
To confused

The trustees never asked anyone to sign up for anything. One woman took it upon herself to head up some committees, but she never followed up on it. So, please get your facts straight, because I was there and I signed that list.
