Just the kind of answer I would expect. I am sure you have made a great deal of stupid purchasing decisions in your lifetime. I hope you are not a manager in your job! You would probably not know what to look for in a future employee. Duh, I think I will hire the guy or gal without any teeth, or education.

I just lost my job ( I am serious ). If I have to move the best thing I can do is to keep my property appealing in this slow market to get the most out of my investment. I have in fact taken a line of credit on my investment so I can make sure I get the best price if I have to sell. The good news is I am marketable too, so I go to interviews looking good to the person who is going to hire me.
