A mess on Big Bear by Sawmill

How rude

I do have somebody who works for me with no teeth. A sports injury knocked her teeth out and she cannot afford to get them fixed. Does that make her a bad employee. I would rather have no teeth on an employee that have the tongue that comes from your mouth.
Deed

The restrictions are part of the deed you signed as a contract when you bought your home. If different they are not that much different. I believe the Township, Powell, and Del County want to make sure that this is the most desirable place to live.

The same people that don't take care of their property are probably past due on their dues, and vote against schools for their kids.
Wine

Hear goes:

Dig up your dandelines. ( don't wash them. ) Put them in a 5 gallon water jug. Add 5 cups of Roundup, and 4 cups of Scotts weed and feed granules.
Mix it and drink up.

I'm sure someone of your stature will love this.

Oh, plant some grass where you dug up the dandelines!
thought!

You are one of 30,000 people who will most likely be leaving Ohio (it was in the Dispatch). How do you plan on selling your home if 30,000 people are leaving Ohio, and 30 are leaving BBF. The builders are giving 8% off their new builds to get rid of their inventory. If you are off of work long enough, you may end up in a position where you cannot afford to put weed killer on your lawn. Maybe you have savings to back you up and others do not. Kids cost money too. You are obviously in a better position than some who have to move because they lost their job. If I am taking out a home equity to upkeep my house, I am paying interest on that loan. SOmetimes it is best to take what you can for your house (especially in a buyer's market) and get out of it.
