WELL.....WE CAN AGREE TO DISAGREE.  IF HE SELLS HE WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD.  PUT YOUR COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE HOA ON THE DIRECTORS SITE FOR THE HOA.   THE MONUMENTS HAVE NOW HAD THEIR FOOTINGS IN AND THE LANDS WILL BE PLANTING.  THE DEVELOPERS HAVE NOT PUT ONE PENNY INTO THE MONUMENTS, A COMPLAINT OF MINE THAT I HAVE EXPRESSED IN EMAILS TO THE DEVELOPERS.    BUTTTTT, THE MORE LOTS BOUGHT, THE LESS THEY HAVE CONTROL.  YAHOOOOO.....I AM GLAD KORKER CUSTOMS HOMES IS WILL TO BUILD IN HERE, ONE LESS LOT THE DEVELOPERS HAVE.    

I don't care who builds in here as long as they are homes that match the general requirements of the subdivision and we can get built out. However, please NO MORE STUCCO! Perhaps we can get the new builder to run for a position on the board, I hear there may be one opening up! Then our HOA can be managed by builders and their marionette puppet!

As for the monument landscaping, once the landscaping actually does get planted with that stonework now in-place, there won't be much of the sign visible. It only took 6 months for this board to get the stonework completed that THEY chose, how long will it take to get the debris cleaned up around it? As for debris, well that's a whole different story that Eaglewood knows nothing about!

WELL TAZMANIAN666 ARENT YOU FUNNY.  I GUESS THE STUCCO IS UP TO THE BOARD.  IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT THE STUCCO WONT TAKE PLACE, BUT GOD ONLY KNOWS AND HE ISNT ANSWERING.  HEHEHE
