Realtors - PWHA is a Home Owner Association. Our currently monthly assessment fee is $63. This covers grass cutting, trash removal and the pool which is open weekends in Summer.
- Currently, there is no extra fee for fenced in back yards to be cut. This may be subject to change. It is the obligation of residents to make certain their fence gate is unlocked and opened for the grass cutting crew. Residents will be notified to the grass cutting schedule by the flyers on community dumpsters or the confidential emails. All residents are responsible for clearing their yards of obstacle prior to the crew working.
- There are limitations as to what is allowed to be thrown out and that can be summed up as "daily household trash". The PWHA asks its residents not to pile large furniture, major appliances or Move-in, Move-out trash in the dumpster. The dumpsters don’t have the capacity for the extra trash and a private trash hauling can be arranged for a low cost.
- The pool is for PWHA residents. The pool staff will recognize the resident is in good standing by presenting a valid pool pass. Valid pool passes are issued by the Pool Committee. Look for the schedules to when the Pool Committee is available.
The current monthly fee is $63 per month and isn't a negotiable fee. Taking ownership of a PWHA property is agreeing to pay the fee.
The PWHA board is comprised of volunteers so please understand they are giving you their free time. Complying with these reasonable requests makes the development an enjoyable living experience for all.
If a home buyer chose a different development, then they'd run into similar but higher costs.
