Some of the General Scoop on Prospect

There are approximatley 15 builders who can purchase lots from the developer and have a home designed for the lot by our on site architect, Mark Soffield, or another architect of their chosing. Lots in phase 3 are available to the public with the same restrictions that the builders work within.Prospect is an 80 acre development. More then 100 properties have been sold.

Types of homes

There are lots of choices of home style and type of living in Prospect. Currently you can find custom single family homes, townhomes, courtyard homes. carriage house apartments and traditional apartments. In the works and breaking ground before the end of the year will be 6 live-work units.In all at build out Prospect will consist of 173 single family homes and 61 attached residential properties. Home owners belong to the Prospect HOA and pay $20 a month.

Parks & Recreation

We can look forward to 9 parks covering 6.1 acres, a skating rink (that is being built in the current phase 3), and a swimming pool (to come in the last phase). Commercial space leaves open the possibilities for a health club, dance space and who knows what else-let's encourage local business owners to plan to open facilitites right here!
