There are approximatley 15 builders who can purchase lots from the developer and have a home designed for the lot by our on site architect, Mark Soffield, or another architect of their chosing. Lots in phase 3 are available to the public with the same restrictions that the builders work within. Prospect is an 80 acre development. More then 100 properties have been sold.
