Sewer Bill

According to an article in QC Independent on 3/7/2007 the average sewer bill in Queen Creek is 23.88. Why do we have to pay 41.02???
File a Complaint

The only way to get action is to file a complaint with the Arizona Corporation Commission. They regulate Johnson Utilities. Three people on our street have filed complaints regarding the poor accounting and the rate increases. The more people that file, the more effort will be put forward to investigate.

When I last spoke to the top-notch accounting staff at Johnson Utilities I was told that they were planning to install sewer-blocks for people that weren't paying their bills.

Apparently a number of people in our area failed to sign up with AZ Utility and Supply, and have never had a sewer bill. So Johnson Utilities is going retroactive on the bills, and will turn off service if they aren't paid.

IF THEY AREN'T PAID FOR SERVICE THEY DID NOT PROVIDE.

That company is a joke, and is a scurge to the East Valley.

Sewer Bill

How exactly do they block off the sewer? I could understand H20 turning off the water if you don't pay your bill but the sewer ...hmmm.

File a complaint - this company is as crooked as the day is long! The only saving grace is at least we don't have them for water. Those poor people in the San Tan area/JR get screwed.
