Sewer Bill

Just filled out my complaint. Thanks for the info.

JU is full of IT

I have called JU and told them what had happened with our bill as well. They told me the same thing, but we had also paid a bill the month before for 70+ dollars. They told me at that time that that bill covered two months of service. Basically, they don't know their head from their tail. I also do not think that they can block or turn off the sewer.

I filed a complaint but didn't get anywhere. Guess we are just stuck with them, Bummer.........

I filed a complaint with the Arizona Corporation Commission and was told that if I had not heard back from JU within 5 business days to call them back. Lo and behold, JU called me directly regarding my account. I got it resolved that day with JU. Make sure YOU know what has happened with your account. Know where your money has gone, how much you have paid since the transfer and how much of a credit you should have. Present that to the Commission and they can help you out. It worked for me, it should work for you. GOOD LUCK!!
