The meetings will be posted on the website from now on. Kachina (supposively) sends out notice prior to every meeting in the mail. I have received most notifications. Sometimes a few days before the meeting and I have received them after the meeting as well. They are getting better with this. It is also posted in our news letters. We will be having a meeting in April, normally we hold them quarterly but due to circumstances, we will have another in April. As soon as I confirm the date with my fellow board members, I will post it on our website under the community calender. Buying sign boards is not a bad idea, I will also bring that up.
