Hi neighbors, my name is Peter Zolas, and I am your HOA president. In the past year, we have had many complaints about dirt bikes and ATVs driving on the sidewalks, streets, and common areas. They are not allowed to do this.
What you should do if you see them riding in our neighborhood:
1) Call non-emergency Durham City #, which is: (919) 560-4600
2) If you know a neighbor or your children know who is participating, then please advice them to stop.
