Building 10450 W. Fair, #C - Nails sticking out all over bldg. and holes not filled in. Hole in garage door not filled in. Back overhang, above deck still has cobwebs, obviously not powerwashed or painted. Halo around front door where not painted is very unsightly. From the street, building looks nice and clean - big improvement over those awful old colors. Thank you for that.
