Does this mean those hat signed with Dale should get the $300. from the street section that Dale did not give?

Many gas companies only pay royalties on the acreage to the middle of the street. It has been a relatively new negotiation point in group leases in the area. As you know, we were able to negotiate with Carrizo to pay the bonus on the acreage as well. Dale did not include it in their lease agreements.

But the part in the street is not leased by Dale so what are yhou doing for these homeowners.  If Dale isn't pulling minerals out from under our property then I suspect you will .  Who will get those sign in bomuses and royalities, DALE?

Actually, the part in the street IS leased by Dale. They just did not pay anyone for that acreage.
