River Trails Homeowners Association

I know, we can red flag and zig zag from drive to drive back and forth across the street until we get where we're going?(at a 40 degree angle of course, with a 4 ft flag pole with the flag on it)  p.s. can I be annonymous to?

There was a group of off-roaders that attempted to reach out to one of residents that was constantly calling the FWPD on everything from trash cans on the street to noise out at the river. We tried to meet with our NPO present, but the resident refused to attend.  The NPO showed but no resident.  Instead, the resident continued to call, call, call... FWPD.

Did anyone realize that the big HOA party is near the same place where the resident had called the FWPD out to write noise citations? One was written to a family whose bike was quieter than most lawnmowers. Hope it's not too loud out there.....

I have a solution to the noise problem!!!!  "BUBBLE WRAP" instead of paying HOA dues we can all buy bubble wrap and donate to those have "sensitive ears" to wrap their houses so they no longer have to endure such horrible things as parents playing with their children, and old folks like us enjoying a Sunday afternoon on our 4-wheeler or motorcycle(omg we must be hoodlums we have 1 of each). The FWPD would no longer has to be called kids would no longer recieve tickets for riding dirt bikes in the dirt and  the HOA can concentrate on more serious things like, you know, garbage cans!  That's it "Bubble Wrap"!  Now that's a positive solution Ollie!

i sure wish i knew that address. we are just tring to have fun with our family and friends not create a problem. If they have something to say then say it to me dont hide behind a phone.
