These discussion boards are intended to be an additional avenue of communication for residents within our community. Voicing ones concerns and opinions is one thing and is strongly encouraged. Defamating characters and disrespecting neighbors and/or HOA via a discussion board will no longer be tolerated. Those that continue to violate the Terms of Agreement will be dealt with accordingly. A violation of these terms is defined as ....
posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, offensive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, indecent or otherwise objectionable information of any kind, including without limitation any transmissions constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, state, national or international law.
This behavior will cease. Posts will be deleted and the ability for those residents to be heard via these discussion board will be revoked. I will no longer tolerate any continuation of this type of behavior.
My apologies to those that have had to put up with the derogatory remarks. That is certainly not the intent of these boards. Our hope is that these boards can be used to help improve the quality of life in River Trails via increased communications and foster good community fellowship.
Please feel free to email me if you see a post that you think falls outside the lines of the Terms of Agreement. The website administrators will review and handle accordingly. By the way, a new website is in the works that I believe River Trails will be very proud of.
