Just wanted to mention a LOUD JEERS to the Homeowner who assaulted a pizza delivery driver earlier this week.  Not only did he physically grab at the driver, but also pushed him and shoved a phone in his chest.  Its one things to deliver a message of slowing down, its another thing to use physical influence to get your message across.  To make matters worse, this person is the husband of an important position of the RTHA and I certainly will be voicing my concern through vote and also my yearly dues.  This behavior should not be accepted.

Why not just call the pizza deliver drivers boss?

Did the individual who was assaulted call the police?  It would be interesting to know if the real cops would take seriously an assault committed by a COPS member...  I hope that if they were called they took a report.

With everything going on around here, I'm real certain that this incident is not anyone's business except for the parties involved and the mention of it bares no weight other than the deliberate attempt to shed a negative light on one of our hoa officers or their family members.

It's also funny how people use this forum to complain, but never lift a finger to donate their time to make a difference.   You can vote and voice your concerns, it's your right, but we need to grow up and stop singling people out over situations they have no idea of the circumstances.  There are more important issues...

Jasmine-

Don't you think that our HOA officers, who chose to serve in that role, should be setting an example?  I'm afraid that their behavior in these kind of situations is not just their own business, particularly if they are heading up the COPS program.   Seems to me that assaulting someone because one feels they are driving too fast is at best a bad example, and at worst, criminal.

This is just one in a string of problems with the HOA leadership leaving much to desired.  My husband and I do volunteer and are dues paying members, but with the new "leadership" in place, I doubt we will stay that way much longer.
