I would love to have an HEB as well. Currently, our store of choice is the Hwy 26 Kroger as well.
I try to avoid Wal-Mart all together especially Eastchase.

An HEB store would be soooooo awesome!
I usually go to the HWY 26 Kroger, or occassionally the one in Bedford off Pipeline and Bellaire. I tend to shop Whole Foods in Dallas on my way home from work but there is also one in Arlington off Industrial Blvd that is not too far from here.
The Walmart on Eastchase scares me, and its just very junky. I hate going to that one. And I HATE the one in Hurst off Harwood and Precinct Line since they moved everything around. Their layout is the WORST. If I have to go to Walmart, I opt for the one in North Richland Hills off Precinct Line Rd. and North Tarrant Parkway, and there is a Target right behind the Walmart.
They just built an HEB in Burleson in close proximity to a super Target and the Super Walmart. I dont see an HEB being build near us would be a problem in relation to the walmart stores. I think the HEB would be greatly welcomed here. I think I'll shoot them an email! :) |

Does anyone know who the developer is? We have outgrown our house and would like to stay in the same area. I heard that the residental is going to be high-end like the new neighborhood east of us.
Also, HEB has been looking at DFW for some time now but I had heard they were waiting for the right time to come in with several stores. We shop at Super Target for most of the same reasons listed above. |
