Hi, I'm living on Creede Trail and wanting to have my roof replaced due to hail damage. The house was built in 1998 and has been through a few hail and wind storms. However, I'm running into a problem with my insurance company dennying my claim stating that the damage (which they have confirmed) happened prior to me being insured with them. I've been with the same insurance company since Sep 01, 2008. I see that many of you in the neighborhood have already had your roof replaced. Can someone please share with me what dates of loss you used to make the claim? Thank you very much.

The worse hail storms were in March and April 2009 - I had my roof replace in 05/09. Hopes this helps. |
