I complete agree with both of you.  I do not understand why someone would park in the street on a corner when the driveway is empty.  

Even more disturbing is that this resident has posted on this site.  I would really like to get his option on this matter. 

If there is no rule about it, then there is really nothing that can be done.

Several mornings in a row, I have nearly been hit, had to stop suddenly, or swerve due to the white car in the corner.  I have put notes on the vehicle to no avail.  Tonight, I'm finished.  I have contacted the Greer PD as the HOA Board suggested we do at the meeting.  Hopefully the police will be able to do something about this hazard.  Hopefully the police will be able to suggest what we need to do as a neighborhood to ensure safety for drivers!
