This message does not require a response. We wanted to let residents know what was going on with delinquent assessments. This week, the attorney has been given the go ahead to begin foreclosure procedures on 31 residents in Creekside for delinquent assessments.

I believe they will start to see the Association is not playing games here. We all want what we saw proposed with the Rec area and the sooner we get those people out that do not pay the sooner we can start getting some in that will.

Foreclosures

Since the ''go-ahead'' has been given to foreclose on these residents, is this now a matter of public record? I would really like to know if there is a list available.
