It appears that the commercial lot @ Tezel/Silent Sunrise has become a dumping ground.  I'll be surprised, given the current state of the economy and tightness of lenders, if the developer ever does anything with the land.  In the meantime we get to enjoy the mounds of debris that is dumped there.  Is there any recourse with the city where we might get the developer to at least grade the piles of rock/dirt to make is somewhat less of an eyesore?
