is true. As I mentioned before, the same is true for most signs in the city on both private and public roads. Just look at how many people speed on our highways, don't stop at stop signs, run red lights, etc. The point is that our community street signs are enforceable but a law officer would obviously have to be present to do the citation as he would anywhere else in the city.
