Hello. I stumbled across this site accidentally about 4 months ago and just found it again today (August 16, 2001). I had NO idea we had anything like this. The problem is that it's just as empty as it was 4 months ago (no one has added any information)!
I'm excited that this account was set up. Can someone please mention the URL in the next newsletter? I think this is a positive step in keeping the residents of BOHP informed about the many goings-on in our subdivision. I sometimes feel we wait too long to say something and then try to cram everything in at our annual meetings (a lot of fun those have become!). This is the perfect forum to discuss things and make everyone feel like they're part of this great community.
To whoever set this account up: KUDOS! I and a couple other neighbors of mine can volunteer to help you keep this site current(we know how tough it is to maintain a website by oneself). We had actually suggested to our local board member, Mike Stiles, that an independent site be established (ie: www.bohp.org, or the like). But this is a great FREE start.
An email address roster (for those who would like to participate), upcoming meeting dates, an electronic newsletter (I have access to Adobe in other to make an electronic version of the newsletter), social happenings, etc. would be great if we could get them on the website.
I will personally see to it that this site gets noticed by our residents. I urge everyone email the main link to your neighbors so we can all participate. Post a message (get a discussion going). Register to the site and submit your own homepage (''Meet your Neighbors'' section). Post upcoming events on the calendar, etc. This is YOUR website!
