Originally a land grant from the King of Spain, Seven Pines Island was named by virture of the seven pine trees that towered above all others on the island.
Today, Seven Pines Island is a small, gated waterfront community consisting of sixty-two homesites. With its beautiful scenic marsh and access to the intracoastal waterway, this community stands alone for its beauty and uniqueness of character.
