In Sharpstown CT3 there is a pickup truck blocking the sidewalk. It has been there over a year and is rarely moved. Plate number A06 0993.

There is also a yellow van parked on the street that has been there more than one month, Plate number 01P ZR7. It may be abandoned. This is a corner lot at 9115 Sharpcrest. At intersection with Pella.

The truck forces school kids to go into the street around it and also forces the people walking in the neighborhood to do the same. The grass is always high and the lawn looks unkempt.

It is not a safe way to keep an important corner lot. It may house more than one family judging by the number of vehicles parked around this location.

The truck and van need to be removed to a safe place for the other Sharpstown residents safety and especially for the students walking to Ed White school which is across from this address.

Thank you

You are absolutely right about the problem on Sharpcrest and Pella when you say,"

Please contact SCA and report the property just as you say it is.  SCA will act on it.  SCA Office email is scaoffice@att.net

Write on the subject line "to the attention of Peggy and to Milton Winebrenner. "   Peggy is the office manager; Milton is President of the Board of Directors.  Take pictures.  They need the complaint form also and will mail you one, or you may search through the newsletter archives to find it, copy it, fill it out, and mail it in with pictures you have taken for proof.  It is time we force our community to abide by deed restrictions.  The problem neighbors have torpedoed our property values, caused slow home sales, with houses staying on the market for more than a year, some two years.  You won't be the only one taking action.  Many of us are speaking out.  Please add your voice to make the Sharpstown community better for all of us.
