9009 Sharpcrest has an enclosed carport that neighbors say was built without a permit. It is
used to store junk which the residents scavenge and transport via an old reddish pickup and an older small pickup. Resident also houses birds inside house - which are then taken and sold at a flea market. House still has christmas tree lights strung and front yard has a large number of plants which are being stored in front yard in plastic buckets. Very tacky and
unsightly. Some junk (all kinds of stuff, including old appliances, bags of aluminum cans etc.) is left on front lawn and in back by carport.
trucks are parked on street (eyesores - full of junk) along with a van. small christmas tree is still in front yard. owner lives at 9038 Hendon and has been told about all this. Front yard was beginning to look very overgrown until owner finally mowed grass this week.
