Recent Break-in Ruidosa & Pueblo

Posted in: Sonoma Ranch
We learned this weekend about a recent break-in at a home on Pueblo Pintado (Sonoma Ranch-Summit)

This is a scary situation and I do not understand what the HOA is waiting for in order to get ALL THE STREET LIGHTS working properly. The street light on the corner of Ruidosa Downs and Pueblo Pintado has been OFF at least 5 months.

It is bad enough that there are very few street lights to begin with and (more agravating yet) the few available street lights are OFF most of the time. How many more thefts and break-ins are supposed to happen before something is done?

If the Gates On Sonoma Ranch Road are closed all the time, shouldn't the gates on Kyle Seale be closed all the time, as well?

Coming home from work to find out your house has been ''cleaned out'' has to be a horrible experience and if it happened to one neighbor it could happen to you and me. We need to join hands and get the ''right'' people to do what needs to be done to protect our safety and our property. Please share your thoughts on this~

Streetlights

Leah:

Could not agree with you more. We went to the Board Meeting in January and made proposals to improve security in our neighborhood. The gates have been functioning properly but streetlights need to be working, as well. This was discussed at the Jan 25 meeting. The minutes are still not yet out which is ridiculous. Lee has tried to get them from Juanita with ProComm but to no avail as of yet.
Also, the Safety and Security Committee made a proposal to the Board to have roving police officers at night in our neighborhoods. Again, this awaits Board response.

ProComm is not managing our neighborhood as a priority so I suggest we search for a new company that will manage our neighborhood properly.

Thank You for your input~

Tom & Tamara,

Procomm only cares about the ''Annual HOA assessment fees'' and nothing else.

My impression of Procomm is that they have an un-professional staff with a ''prima donna'' attitude.

I know WE DESERVE BETTER THAN THAT!

more input

try contacting sandra johnson and/or kara kelly at galo's offices. if you are lucky enough to get in contact with them, express your concerns to them.

in addition to being officers on the board of directors, they certainly act like they listen, but not much more. they seem to take a wait and see attitude on most issues facing sonoma ranch. they cannot or will not exert any kind of pressure(positive or negative) on pro-comm mgmt to do anything or act upon matters quickly.

nothing really meaningful can happen since they do not live in sonoma ranch and continue to be employees of galo.
