A Stop Work Order was issued on 10/13/09 for “unlawful continuance of work”. Two Notice of Infractions have been written with pending fines of (1) I702043 $500 (approved plans not on site) and (2) I702058 - $2000 (unlawful continuance)
On 10/19/09 a settlement agreement was paid in the amount of $1500
A follow-up inspection conducted on 10/16/09 revealed that plans were approved without a zoning stamp. The general contractor was informed that the zoning office needs to approve the extension since it is over the 60% lot use. Case is being forwarded to Justin Bellow for a confirmation.
