Is anyone else in the neighborhood wakened in the night by the THROB THROB of "music" from passing cars? It certasinly disturbs my peace, how about yours?

Yes, & Stock Cars too

At least the music from passing cars is just that -passing. What about neighbors who work on stock cars at all hours of the night and day? That noise is so horrible it rattles my windows. I can't even hear TV with all doors and windows closed. They are nice neighbors otherwise, just why can't they make a little less noise?

Dogs are the worst

Dog are the worst. They bark all night and all day. The city says there is nothing they can do. I have a dog that barks all night on one side of me, three that howl all day on the other and several more across the alley that join in every time there is the slightest noise. One is even a pit bull hat scares everyone in the neighborhood.

According to city code Title 4, Chapter 1, Animal Regulations, Section 4-1-4, Animals constituting a nusiance, Paragraph C: It shall be unlawful for an owner of any animal to allow or permit such animal to cause serious annoyance or disturbance to any person or persons by frequent and habitual howling, yelping, barking, meowing, or otherwise; or by running after or chasing persons, bicycles, automobiles, or other vehicles.
