The Spring Falls Community Park clean up last weekend had as many as fifteen people showed up on a cold Sunday afternoon. A huge thanks to those who stopped by as we got a large amount of debris cleared and burned. We also got to enjoy some fellowship around the fire with some hot dogs and smores!. We hope to move forward and keep the pond treated for algae and continue cleaning around the park to make it a showplace in the neighborhood. We are also considering placing a permenent fire pit at the park for more community events in the future.
Again, for the ones who braved the cold, and sucked up the smoke while helping your neighborbood, a hearty thank you!
