if you have access to any powers of resoning, you would relize that what you have said is absolutly off target. let me try again - and make it real simple this time. ok.

1. I live on 22nd ave ne

2. There is too much traffic

3. If 22nd was one way going east, and 21st was one way going west there would not be so much traffic on 22nd.

got it?

i am sure the good people on 21st would not mind a little traffic if it could be of such a grat assistance to their neighbors on 22nd. else what is community spirit all about.

Maybe you should read the explanation given to you by Richard one more time. I will not place it so nicely, you are just as stupid as someone who says that because they live close to 4th Street the noise from traffic on 4th street bothers them AND the City or the NS board should do something.

if people do not like the noise or traffic near or on a busy street then they should not buy there. if it was the only home they could afford, then they should understand that without that noise/traffic they would not have been able to afford the home in the FIRST PLACE.

that does not mean they have to like the noise/traffic. it means they can not bitch about it and expect anyone to do anything. or even worse, demand that someone do something.

for the record, under your plan,

just how do you plan to get all of the traffic that leaves snell isle onto 4th street at 21st ave. and 4th?

does that even matter to you?
