Frankly- you are way off base as usual and loose with your facts. Read your by-laws- the membership does not remove anyone directly. Only the board can do that.

Did it ever enter your mind that the majority of the board does not feel that taking this issue to the membership would do anything except embarrass Mr. Lange?

Some people, ''Frankly'', would prefer to handle this with some dignity and move forward in a positive direction.

Denigrating anyone does no good in any way.

Thank you, Jim, for supporting our membership vote on the CVS issue.

You are right, it is time for everyone to cool down. In order to do that, we must stop calling special meetings and realize that there is day to day association business which must be done.

We are already into July and we have no August or December membership meetings. Nominations for next year's board come up beginning in October, presented in November. The election is in January. Reason would dictate that we drop this foolish behavior and proceed with routine business. Then, let the election process in the near future resolve the issues.

He is talking about the special meeting that is already in the works for NSNA as it pertains to the reinstallation (or not) of Steve Lange.

The CONA president supports this special meeting. He does NOT support not calling the special meeting.
