Notice you ignored the east/west issue whcih is pretty well balanced.

East: Lastinger, Goetz, O'Donnell, Hennessey.

West: Bartley, Lovgren, Serra, Hawk.

Center: Burton, Lange, Rebillot.

This debunks voting block theories doesn't it?

Seems the board majority votes their conscience AND tries to represent

(That's making the assumption that they would have had the audacity to ignore the huge NDR vote against the project like you did). And Bartley the furthest north isn't she? Let me finish your thought: the problems aren't from the board, they are from the fact that Lange went against all the votes of the membership.
