Location Tells the Story

Compelling Argument for Split

You have just made the most compelling argument for the neighborhood to split that I have heard yet. And don' t doubt for a minute that it won't happen. The action on that front started back in mid-May and got serious in June. Yea, we know, you said it has come up before and gone nowhere. But that was the past and this is now. And your betrayal of the neighborhood as a whole has never reached this level before.
Convoluted logic

Your logic is convoluted.

How many members live in Granada Terrace? Or north of 22nd Avenue?
Compare that to the number of members south of 13th Avenue.

Now how many of each of these groups of members is active? Which of the members have the most at risk? Which area of the neighborhood is having more redevelopment?
board nominations

ok- I hereby nominate Barry Frye, Claude Arnould, Amy Brink, and Suzanne O'Neil to the board. They all live north of 13th.
1998

This is a new thing? In 1998 the board roster listed:
Lastinger- Pres south
Wertz- Pres elect south
MA Lange- Sec center
O'Donnell- Treas south
MacDonald SW
Roman NE (!!!)
Covington south
Denson center
S Lange center
Disch SW
Brink north

that's six south
three center
one Coffee Pot (NE)
one north
TWO living in same household
