Public Meeting Next Tuesday
Next Tuesday there will be a public hearing on the recommendations of a counsaltant to add 908 ft or 300 ft to the Albert Whitten airport.Most people are not againist a new terminal and improvements to the present airport. Our concerns is adding to the runway. This will be done by filling in the bay.The bay is in serious trouble because of our past mistakes. Sea weed is dying and scallops have almost been elimanated.Isn't a beautiful beach better than larger planes? |
