I can prove that they are wrong.
Mapel Glenn subdivision has a POA, their dues were $200.00 per year. Not sure about this year though. Battlefield Estates has covenants and restrictions but cannot put a POA together until all the lots are built. The subdivision past Blackjack corner has coventnats and restrictions but not sure about POA. The Oaks subdivision has covenants and restrictions and no POA as of yet.
