To LMPD Division 5. Det. Whatley is well versed in the ''Art'' they do, and knows many of the artists responsible. He'll be interested to know it has started again.

The vandalism you all are talking about is not Grafitti. It is mindless garbage spray painted on a wall.

The Detective you mention is notorious for being a power hungry, coniving scumbag.

 

Real grafitti is beautiful, and you will rarely find it painted on walls or private property like homes and garages.

 

Graffiti (singular: graffito; the plural is used as a mass noun) is the name for images or lettering scratched, scrawled, painted or marked in any manner on property. Graffiti is sometimes regarded as a form of art and other times regarded as unsightly damage or unwanted.

 

Call it what you want, I'll stick to graffiti.
