Have a question. What is the law on noise and basketball nets? We have kids in the development that don't move when cars are coming and will look you straight in the face and keep shooting!! They are often out after 9pm. We have small kids near them as well as older people who turn in early. Any advice would be helpful!! Summer is coming and its only going to get worse.
