I did see that the white car was parked in the drive this morning. could this be the start of a new era?
I am assuming all the credit goes to Sara, for I did see paper on the windshield yesterday.
Way to go.

I am so very annoyed with whomever it is that continues to park that white car right at the curve of the road. How ridiculous is this? Several times, going in either direction, I have narrowly avoided either hitting it or being hit by someone else coming around the curve. And I can only surmize that the obvious tire tracks across the lawn of their across-the-street-neighbor I saw a few months ago was due to this inconsiderate and unlawful parker. I saw a white paper on the windshield the other morning and was so hopeful that they would get the message. But the next day they were parked in the same place again. Obviously I have no "official" capacity in this neighborhood. I would like to have a NOTICE drafted that I could make copies of and place on the windshield and in the mailbox of this homeowner EVERYTIME I go by and see their car parked unsafely. And if I'm going to go to the trouble to get out of the car to put notices all over, then I might as well knock on the door and tell them in person, too ... EVERYTIME. I will be more than happy to do that. This situation is making me NUTS. Would the person who obtained the information from the police draft some kind of strongly worded notification and email a copy to me. I will make copies and keep them in my car with a logbook to record when I provide the notifications. As everyone knows - he who has the best documentation wins. Perhaps after accumulating 30 or more days worth of documentation, the police would take this seriously on our behalf since the HOA does not seem to be addressing this safety issue.
