guys if you look under the chase repot section there is a document that I received from the Police Department.  Sara and I are trying to work with the board on this issue. 

the next step will be to contact them and they will start writing tickets.

You are wasting your breath on this one!  I brought up this subject at every HOA meeting I ever attended and got nowhere!!!  I have been here since May 1995 and nothing has changed on this front.

I believe that, that is what car insurance is for... Sue them if you need to..

I am just fed up with neighbors who are overly interested in my goings on.

I think that the people who live in a NEIGHBORhood need to be neighborly not interfere into other people's business. If it is not your business or life you have no right to micromanage other people through your anger. BUZZ off
