I don't know how many of you read the notices on the water bills but this time they asked for neighbors to possibly make a common trash and recycling pick up place so the trucks don't stop as much.  I will be talking to my neighbors to see who in my immediate area want to gather theirs together because I certainly do not need another bill to receive an increase as I'm sure many of you don't either!  You will need to note the number on your tipcart as you will need to get your actual tipcart back.  They do use these numbers to track who is correctly using their carts, etc. so make sure you know yours (also good to note before it blows away someday- as did ours once upon a time!).  And while we're at it, let's see more of those reccycling bins out there, everyone!
