After failing to seat a Board for 2011 at the 11/23/2010 Annual General Membership meeting, an emergency meeting was held 12/16/2010. Beth Chadwick rescinded her resignation - and advised she would serve as Secretary/Treasurer for 2011 - but only if the Board held quarterly meetings (instead of monthly) and only issued semi-annual newsletters (instead of monthly or quarterly.) After a discussion of the impact to the community, members present agreed to these changes.
