After 2 + years of a fairly inactive board, we are happy to announce we have a full 7 member board dedicated to the financial (and otherwise) well-being of Sundance Trails. Please give us a moment to get situated and do a bit of house keeping. While we are not required to maintain a website or phone number I feel that transparency is the best policy and therefore I have updated the site with the new board info and have included my personal cell phone number should you have unmet needs. I may not be able to provide you with everything right away but please know we are working hard to revamp and revive our HOA. As of today, bids are being retained for the maintainence of the private roads and audits/accounting are being addressed. These 2 items are our top priority. I deeply apologize if you were not welcomed into the community in a timely manner over the last few years. That is not going to be an issue moving forward. This HOA will be run like the business that it is while maintaining our country comfortableness and friendliness. We now have a Sundance Trails HOA Facebook page.
