Tamarac at Maryland Lakes Home Owner's Association is a small community of forty nine homes surrounding a small lake and stream with gravel paths and lush landscaping.

We are located near the heart of downtown Glendale, AZ and close to major freeways and shopping malls. We are just minutes away from such attactions as Chase Field (AZ Diamondbacks), US Airways Center (Phx Suns), Jobing.com Arena (Phx Coyotes) and University of Phoenix Stadium (AZ Cardinals).

Tamarac at Mayland Lakes HOA is a strong player in Glendale's Neighborhood Partnership and Block Watch programs and is an active member in the surrounding neighborhoods.
