Well, Staunch Liberal is not a Liberal regardless of his title. first definition of Liberal is: broad-minded: tolerant of different views and standards of behavior in others. Staunchy boy is in no way a Liberal.
The way I see it America has never been a stable Nation when there are Democrats, Republicans and everybody in between, each fighting for control of this Nation, it's as if there is no middle ground, no one method that satisfies 100% of the people. A constant tug of war for power. In the 1940s The Nazi's came over on ships in droves & trained our youth to be Nazi's, we should have executed them as they stepped off of the ships, and as I am sure many wanted to they couldn't because that kind tyranny is what America was against.
But the Nazis turned into skin heads & the fascists who have infiltrated the government which underneath it all is who controls this Nation, from freedom to fascism. There exists in this Nation the American Communist Party who's goal is total control of America and if you focus on Staunchy boys behavior he does not respond to words like Freedom, he refuses to discuss freedom and does not want you and I to discuss freedom or fascism, he does everything possible to disable our conversations, I highly suspect Staunchy as being a Nazi for the communist party and he is doing everything possible to break up freedom loving Americans.
But here is something to be aware of. The word Patriot. When you and I hear the word it applies to freedom loving Americans of the Old America but to an American Communist he too can be a Patriot of what this Nation is and what he hopes it to be and what it is rapidly becoming which is an oligarchy or dictatorship so an American Communist Patriot loves this land, he loves this Nation but feels we don't have nearly enough laws and regulations. So there are Old style American Patriots and New Style Fascist or Communist American Patriots, each having it's plan of how America should be run and this is where civil war could break out because the Old Style Americans got lazy, they fell asleep at the wheel as the relentless communists have taken over one tiny step at a time.
Pull up videos of the American Communist Party, they look, dress and behave just like you and me so if your not paying very close attention to their words or remarks then they just blend right in and although they are legal Americans they go against the original design. If all breaks out into civil war it will be just like in Iraq as soon as Saddam was removed from power all the cray suppressed religions came out of the wood work each battling for control.
The old time patriots will be killing the communist party and they will be killing the true original Americans, it will be total chaos and a lot easier if they would just wear red uniforms in which they just might during an all out civil war, but I learned some of my own relatives are communist yet they didn't even know it until I pointed that out to them. Freedom and Fascism are blending together to the point either becomes unrecognizable.
Anybody who loves this Nation just the way it is, is either extremely ignorant or they are the fascists based upon their opinions or I think people have become extremely confused because people will say, "there ought to be a law" but for each law added takes away individual freedom. So is it a better Nation with no constraints or with a never ending stream of laws to keep people as orderly as programmed robots and if you don't follow your program then you will be eliminated. Their used to be a lot of thought provoking movies in the 70s of situations just like that.
But on a much deeper level what I see happening due to the increase of population is an ever increasing police force to keep criminals at bay. As long as we continue to expand we begin to blend borders and that is how America came to be what it is as each State grew there was a need to create a single Federal force to evenly control each state. It did and does make life easier in the way that each state does not need it's own militia, we don't have to get several passports just to drive across the Nation and in the case of a devastating disaster there are Federal funds to help rebuild, so the concept is fantastic but not without problems.
So when populations explode and you can't keep non-registered Mexicans out of America and you can't keep Americans out of Canada then the only logical progression is to combine all 3 nations as one and all 3 use one currency. I fought this idea for the longest time but then I realized, people fought the Federalizing of the United States, the South fought the North for their independance and just imagine how ridiculous that would be today if Texas troops were at war with Mississippi troops, totally ludicrous, so in some aspects as unfavorable as it may seem was a good move for this country, it's just difficult to keep corruption out of the governments.
I am not so sure we can stop natural progression anymore than the South became part of the Union against their will. What's coming up just might all be in vain and many lives lost for something that will progress anyway. I often analyze things from as many vantage points as possible as each group has an opinion as to what they truly feel is best for the people of this Nation. There must be a single solution that benefits all people and I am open to analyzing this ultimate utopia where all benefit if that is even possible.
