Does the Board ever plan to enforce the current codes, especially that regarding all the cars that stay parked on the street and in the common areas...
between the trash and cars, i find this neighborhood embarrassing....

what's the problem?

I don't see what everyone is complaining about regarding the state of the subdivision. This is neighborhood that has a lower middle class look and feel to it...nothing more, nothing less. That's not quite right though....the indifference of the Board and homeowners are helping to create an environment that is becoming less each day.
