The discussion, as I saw it, was not specific to a particular house but to how the ACC was approving requests. They may have used a description of a home to prove a point however.

They are not consistent in the criteria they use. They don't follow the restrictions and some cases used a discriminatory base for an approval.

The residents do have a right to question the guidelines being used to run our HOA.

How was your house involved? Was it with the big ass shed that Ruben says is only 10x12x8. If so, then that is the jackass you need to talk to. He posted what he approved for you. A resident that knows how to read the covenants asked why one so big got approved since his request was turned down.

Residents do have the right to get involved and ask questions. They moved here because of deed restrictions. They want their property value protected. Drive through the neighborhood and see what kind of crap is being built, most of it does not comply with the covenants. I will tell you this, the website was taken down because they did not want to be held accountable for their actions or their posts. If you followed the forums? I am sure you saw ACCGUY's reply that sounded more like a threat then anything else. I am not the only resident who saw that and commented on that. Also did you notice after that post, ACCGUY did not post again. But the '' pres'' sure came to his rescue to cover the HOA's ass. This is always what happens, they tell their lies and residents believe them without asking for proof. So get your story straigt first, JACKASS....
