The Park West Landscape Committee has been meeting every month since September to complete the task assigned by the Board of Directors.

At this time we have completed a proposal and sent it to the Board for review. This quantifiable detailed proposal is all inclusive of the tasks that have been desired by the neighborhood for what a landscaping service needs to provide, and what is mandated by our covenants and restrictions. The committee has spent many hours reviewing complaints, comments, and reviewing the covenants and restrictions. We believe this proposal will meet the majority of the desires for our neighborhood.

We all want ParkWest to be the premier
garden community in Circle C and we appreciate the time and effort the folks in the Park West Lanscape Committee have graciously donated.

WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO DISCUSS

As the landscape provider for Park West, I am vitally concerned about what the community would like to see. We have developed a long term plan for Park West, increased the specialties on our staff and have communicated with a number of Park West residents indvidually. If there are items that people would like to see included or things that we can improve upon, I would certainly welcome the opportunity to discuss anything and everything. If any ideas are feasible we could implement them sooner rather than later. We have tried to work in free services along with our contract, and I am willing to continue such. Our bed improvement project is taking a little longer than I anticipated, and the weather is a little crazy, but I am looking forward to Spring in Park West. The only way I know I am getting a good deal for my clients is to get bids from different reputable providers.

This is how it is done in the real business world. And this is what Park West will need to do in the near future.
