Deed Restrictions

I for one have no problem with the fences being the same color as your home, I do however have a problem with the fact that there is the homeowner association rules that we aggreed to live by, and for those that chose not to contact the association to get their permission to do the change, you are in clear violation, and the association has given you 6 mos. to fix the violation, that's 5 more months than we/they had to, so fix it and stop complaining.

There may be that 3/4 rule, however for the 1/4 who do not want these changes, there's always the lawsuit against the association and their members route!

Dont be such a jerk, its not like there trying to make major changes. What lawsuit, the bylaws state that 3/4 can make the change, so live with it.
