Rules were made to be changed
The rules also state they can be changed.
Plus you know as well as I know, that the specifics of the deed restrictions for most of us were not even brought to out attention until it was time to close. So you really have no choice at that point, there should be laws against that.

Rules were made to be changed
Changed yes, but not broken. Untill the rules are changed then whomever is in violation of the rules, have broken the rules, so they need to fix it untill the rules are changed. You are right in saying that the deed restrictions were not brought to our attention untill closing time, and I resent that more than anyone, however, I did have the choice as to not sign the contract at that time, it's too late now. So, untill the rules are changed, stop bellyaching and do what needs to be done, and that is to fix anything that is in violation of the deed restrictions. Plain and simple.

RIDICULOUS
I GOTTA TELL YA, YOU GUYS ARE KILLING ME WITH ALL THIS ''I DIDN'T KNOW'', ETC..
AS AN ADULT, AND A RESPOSIBLE ONE I HOPE AT THAT, YOU NEED TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND TAKE RESPOSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AS FAR AS VIOLATIONS. THE RULES ARE AS CLEAR AS DAY, JUST TAKE THE TIME OUT TO READ THEM. IT'S LIKE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT 85MPH, WHEN YOU KNOW ITS POSTED 70MPH. IF YOU GET CAUGHT, DON'T PLAY STUPID. JUST FACE THE MUSIC, AND TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR MORE OF A MAN OR WOMAN IF YOU ADMIT YOUR MISTAKE AND REMEDY IT THAN BELLY-ACHEING ABOUT IT. DO THE RIGHT THING!!! HAVE A NICE DAY.........
